Feijoa Varieties

The feijoa industry has a vast array of feijoa varieties available.

It can be confusing to know which varieties to grow as some are better than others and it will depend on what market you are growing for eg. export, local or processed. As an industry, there is a need for an early, mid and late season one. We have still not found the perfect Feijoa to fulfill this need.

Below is a list of the some of the varieties available and their characteristics.
