NZ Feijoa Growers Association AGM 2023

The 2023 AGM of the NZ Feijoa Growers Association will be held at the Waikanae Surf Life Saving Club in Gisborne, on 3 and 4 November, beginning with a chance to mingle with finger food and drinks from 6.00pm on Friday.
The AGM on Friday 3 November from 7.00pm, will include presentations to wrap up our research into the Northland anthracnose problem. NZFGA will give a report of our activities over 2022/23 and there will be plenty of time to discuss any feijoa matters with the executive and other growers.
On Saturday we will be taking a bus trip which will visit local orchards and Kaiaponi Packhouse. We are finishing with a tasting of Gisborne’s local offering at Sunshine brewery, and a pizza afternoon tea with plenty of opportunity for networking.
Saturday evening will be for a conference dinner, at the The Works, Gisborne.
We also have places available for any growers who are interested in becoming part of the leadership team for the industry. If anyone is thinking of coming on to the executive and wants to discuss further please catch up with us prior to the AGM, or contact the NZFGA office.
Costs for registration are:
- AGM - no charge
- Field day including bus, lunch brewery tour and afternoon tea - $95
- Conference dinner - $40
Alcohol is not included.
