Spicy Feijoa Mocktail
  
  Ingredients
- 6 feijoas, flesh scooped out
 - ½ cup apple juice
 - 8 mint leaves
 - 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
 - 1-2 jalapenos (seeds removed, finely diced)
 - 1 scoop of ice cubes
 
Garnish
- Lime slices
 - Red chilli powder & salt for the rim of the glass
 - Mint leaves
 
Method
- Sprinkle the salt and red chilli pepper onto a shallow dish. Cut a slit in a lime, rub it along the rim of the glass. Roll the rim of the glass in the salt and chilli powder to coat
 - Fill the glasses with ice cubes and set aside
 - In a blender add feijoas, apple juice, lime or lemon juice, mint leaves, jalapenos and a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth
 - Pour into prepared glasses. Stir well, garnish with lime slices and fresh mint leaves and enjoy
