Feijoa Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 feijoas
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 lime

Method

  1. Slice the skin off the feijoas
  2. Finely chop all ingredients except for the lime and place into a bowl
  3. Squeeze lime juice over salsa, gently mix and serve straight away
