Feijoa Jelly

Ingredients

  • Feijoas
  • Sugar stock
  • Lemons

Method

  1. Chop up feijoas cover with water and simmer for 2 hours.
  2. Strain fruit through a bag overnight.
  3. Measure liquid next day.
  4. Bring to the boil and then stir in one cup of sugar to every cup of juice.
  5. Add juice of 2 lemons and boil until it jells.
