Feijoa Jelly
Ingredients
- Feijoas
- Sugar stock
- Lemons
Method
- Chop up feijoas cover with water and simmer for 2 hours.
- Strain fruit through a bag overnight.
- Measure liquid next day.
- Bring to the boil and then stir in one cup of sugar to every cup of juice.
- Add juice of 2 lemons and boil until it jells.
