Feijoa & Passionfruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 feijoas
  • 2 passionfruit
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Handful ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Method

  1. Remove flesh from feijoas and passionfruit, place in blender
  2. Add banana, yoghurt, milk, honey and blend until smooth
  3. Serve in glasses with ice and mint leaves
