Feijoa & Boysenberry Jelly
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg feijoas
- 3 cups boysenberries
- 2 large lemons (juice)
- 4-5 cups sugar
- 5 cups water
Method
- Bring to boil cover and boil 15 mins.
- Add boysenberries. Bring back to the boil and cook until soft.
- Strain in bag overnight.
- Measure juice and allow 1 cup sugar to 1 cup juice.
- Heat to boiling point before adding sugar.
- Boil rapidly until setting point reached.
